Comments: Michael Yon is a decorated combat correspondent and former Green Beret and Specials Forces serviceman who is an expert on international migration and has spent considerable time in Panama and the Darien Gap where migrants make the dangerous trek from Columbia through Panama on their way to the United States. Michael Yon has been critical of President Trump if he doesn’t stop funding the United Nations and does not dismantle the IOM office which is at the location of Fort Clayton the former U.S. Army South Headquarters. There is more than 60 NGOs and IGOs that help facilitate the migrants movement northward with assistance from the UNs IOM and our money in Panama. We (the U.S.) are paying for this mass invasion. Michael feels strongly we can not just temporarily “turn off the spigot” at the Southern border but we have to dismantle the infrastructure to prevent the migration from being “turned on” again. That means stop funding the United Nations and get the IOM and NGOs out of the old Fort Clayton (now called City of Knowledge or Ciudad del Saber). He also notes that China’s influence is strong at the Panama Canal and the U.S. needs to make a stronger presence ASAP! The Panamanian Government would rather work with us than China, but we have to make our presence known. The Panama Canal is one of the major “Choke Points” in the world for international trade and security. Even though this film footage was created on Christmas Day 2024 he still notes the IOM and UN flags are presently flying at the old Fort Clayton right now and he resent this video because he feels so strongly that if the U.S. doesn’t get rid of the IOM and stop funding the UN in this area the “invasion” from the south will just continue at some later date and that could end the United States as we know it.
